This research has been carried out so as to assess the impact of
cultural values on development as reflected in Kurdish literature.
The universe of this research is as follows:
The research hypothesis is that the negative cultural factors in the
Kurdish proverbs are more than the positive ones. Therefore, 1800 Kurdish proverbs have been selected out of 3800 ones.
After doing the research, it has been concluded that the positive aspects of cultural values, as a prerequisite to development, are greater than the negative ones.
