Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze entrepreneurship characteristics among Iranian humanities and social science graduates in the field of periodical production. The study included three main hypotheses and four sub- hypotheses. A total of 286 individuals were surveyed, all involved in periodical production activities. The study indicated a significant relationship between entrepreneurship and academic training, individual abilities and motivations, risk-taking, and creativity. The paper also argues in favor of increasing emphasis on the production of social/cultural periodicals as well as enhancing entrepreneurship among social science and humanities graduates to enhance the field.
