In this article, the author emphasizes the urgent need concerning writing a book on the anthropology of literature. Through presenting this subject matter and giving some instances only, the anthropological
traces and indications in the past Persian poetry are discussed.
Then the effect of oral literature on written one and the entering of
some items of written literature into the people's daily lives are
concisely taken into consideration.
Since the oral literature, in comparison with the written one, has
been considered just a little, the characteristics of the various branches
of the oral literature and their applications are discussed much more.
