Then, the research findings and information presented in these investigations are used so as to analyze the women's role in development in Iran; with an emphasis on employment. It shoud be indicated that understanding the women's role in development in Iran is not obtained through measuring the rate of employment among the women only. Instead, recognizing the important factors leading the women, both the employed and the housewives, toward having an effective role in development is of utmost significance as well. Thus, the objective of this research is to identify such key factors, through a scientific study of the research findings of the other investigations. در این مقاله پژوهش‘ در موضوع زنان‘ بررسی و تحلیل مجدد شده است. هدف از بررسی استخراج نتایج و اطلاعات به دست آمده در تحقیقات قبلی و ارائه تحلیلی از نقش زن در توسعه با تأکید بر اشتغال‘ بوده است؛ تحلیلی که در هیچ یک از پژوهشهای مورد مطالعه انجام نشده است. عقیده بر این است که افزایش نقش زنان در توسعه را نمی توان تنها از طریق اندازه گیری میزان فعالیت زنان تبیین کرد؛ بلکه شناسایی عواملی که موجب می شوند زنان‘ چه شاغل و چه غیرشاغل‘ نقش تعیین کننده در امر توسعه داشته باشند‘ دارای اهمیت خاصی است. در این مقاله سعی شده است که با استفاده از یافته های تحقیقات دیگر‘ این عوامل شناسایی و تبیین شوند. https://jnoe.ut.ac.ir/article_15430_fc850088eb06857db7f8378d5662ca9f.pdf
